• Renovation of Building "F" to include over 7,500 square feet of new construction and over 1,000 square feet of general remodeling.
• Renovation of Building "M" to include over 13,860 square feet of new remodeling of existing multipurpose area to classrooms.
• Replace existing central mechanical plant chiller piping pumps.
